Since we opened our doors in early 2003, Wylie Wagg has operated as a family-owned business with a solid belief that success is built on personal relationships and individual experiences. Each and every customer -- two-legged and four -- is important to us. If you live near one of our four store locations, please stop by for a visit -- with your pet, of course!

We believe in:

Promoting the health and well-being of dogs and cats.  If we see any reason why a product will not enhance the life of a pet, we will not carry it.

Providing the highest level of customer service possible. The dedicated people on our staff appreciate our loyal customers and do all that they can to make shopping at Wylie Wagg a wonderful experience.

Offering only premium, all-natural food and treats. We could certainly sell more food by offering the most popular and mass marketed brands, but we will not sell anything that doesn't meet our strict criteria for health.

Supporting animal rescue. Through relationships with adoption groups, rescue leagues and humane foundations, we've been able to play a large role in uniting homeless pets with loving families. (We all LOVE this part of our jobs!)

Pricing fairly and competitively. Our goal is for customers to get exceptional value.

Maintaining a caring and rewarding work environment for our team members. Happy employees promote a positive atmosphere and enable better shopping experiences for our customers.
